1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains the personal information TapMoment collects in connection with its United States storefront, checkout, order fulfillment, customer support, marketing and fixed public Bible webpage, including its sources, uses, disclosures, retention and available requests.
2. Categories of personal information
Identifiers and contact information include name, email, phone if provided, and billing and delivery addresses. Transaction information includes cart, order, discount, payment-status, delivery, return, refund and warranty records. Communications include support messages, reviews, photographs, video and safety reports. Internet information includes IP address, browser, device, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referral source and approximate location.
3. Sources of information
Information may be provided directly when you browse, check out, subscribe, review or contact support; generated automatically by a browser and cookies; or returned by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, fraud-prevention, security, analytics, advertising, email and support providers while providing their services. We do not read customer identity information from a ring or necklace merely because its NFC tag is tapped.
4. Controller and contact
Shenzhen Shunjian Jingcai Network Technology Co., Ltd., trading as TapMoment, is the controller of personal information collected through this storefront, customer-service channels and related NFC services. Contact support@tapmoment.store for privacy questions or requests.
5. How we use information
We use information to process payments and orders, arrange United States delivery, provide support and returns, troubleshoot NFC issues, prevent fraud, secure the storefront, maintain business records and comply with law. Marketing, analytics or advertising uses rely on consent or another valid basis where applicable law requires it.
6. NFC and Bible webpage data
The NFC tag stores only the Bible webpage URL. It does not store customer-uploaded text, images, audio or personal information.
The NFC product does not receive customer-uploaded content. Opening the public Bible webpage may generate ordinary access logs, IP addresses, device data or cookies through hosting, analytics or security services; that information is handled under this Policy.
7. Payment information
Payments are handled by the providers displayed at checkout. TapMoment generally receives payment status, payment-method type, billing address and a transaction identifier rather than the full card number or security code. Payment providers handle information they hold under their privacy notices and legal duties.
8. Disclosure and service providers
We disclose information only as needed for the purposes above to Shopify, payment processors, carriers, support or email services, review tools, analytics, security providers and professional advisers. We may also disclose it where law requires, to protect rights or in a business transfer. Service providers may process relevant information only under their contracts and applicable law.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies support the cart, checkout, security and preferences. Analytics and marketing technologies measure visits, attribution and advertising. Where required, non-essential technologies load only after consent. Choices can be changed through the storefront's Privacy Choices control; browser controls may affect the cart or checkout.
10. Sale, sharing and targeted-ad choices
We do not sell order information to data brokers. Whether advertising technology is a sale or sharing under a state law depends on the live configuration. Where applicable, we provide a Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share control and honor Global Privacy Control.
11. Marketing communications
Where consent is required, we send marketing email only after an affirmative subscription. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe method; order, support, safety, recall and legal notices may still be sent. Unless a separate compliant program is activated, TapMoment does not send promotional SMS.
12. Retention by purpose
Order, tax, payment-status and refund records are retained as needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and disputes. Support, return, warranty and safety records are retained as needed to resolve the matter and meet product-safety duties. Marketing subscription data is kept until opt-out or no longer needed. Device, analytics and cookie data follow the relevant tool configuration and legal requirements. At the end of the applicable period, information is deleted, anonymized or isolated as law requires.
13. United States state privacy rights
Depending on the state of residence and applicable thresholds, you may have rights to know categories and sources, access or obtain a copy, correct, delete, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and limit certain uses of sensitive information. Exceptions may apply for completing transactions, fraud prevention, required records, security or legal claims. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a right.
14. Submitting, verifying and appealing a request
Email support@tapmoment.store from the order email where possible and identify the request type and state of residence. We request only information proportionate to the risk to verify a request. An authorized agent must also provide proof of authority. If applicable state law provides an appeal, reply to the decision with 'Privacy Appeal' and explain the basis.
15. Security
We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to the nature and risk of the information, such as access restrictions, controlled providers and security monitoring. No internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to an account, order or communication.
16. International processing
Shenzhen Shunjian Jingcai Network Technology Co., Ltd. is based in the United Kingdom, and Shopify or other providers may process information in the United States, United Kingdom or other countries. Laws may differ by country; where required, we use appropriate contractual or other cross-border safeguards.
17. Third-party pages
Carriers, payment providers, social platforms or external Bible-content links may have separate privacy notices. Review the relevant provider's notice after leaving a page controlled by TapMoment; this Policy does not replace it.
18. Children
The storefront is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@tapmoment.store and we will investigate and delete or restrict it as required by law.
19. Contact
For orders, returns, privacy, safety, accessibility or complaints, contact support@tapmoment.store. Support is monitored Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Target response time: 12hours.
20. Updates
We may update this Policy for business, technical or legal changes and will show a new effective date on the page. The version shown when an order is submitted controls that order.
