1. About this policy
This Guide covers the passive NFC tag in a TapMoment ring or necklace opening a fixed public Bible webpage. The feature requires no app or account and does not provide customer uploads, a private page, profile storage or customer editing.
2. Covered products and requirements
The feature is available only on a TapMoment ring or necklace whose product page expressly lists NFC. Use requires an unlocked smartphone that supports NFC reading, NFC enabled where the phone requires it, a compatible browser and an available internet connection. Not every phone, case, operating-system version or managed device supports the feature.
3. How to tap
1. Unlock the phone and keep the screen awake. 2. Enable NFC where the device requires it. 3. Hold the NFC area of the ring or pendant slowly against the phone's rear or top antenna area for a few seconds. 4. Select the notification to open the page in the browser. Do not wave the item rapidly; antenna position differs by phone.
4. Compatibility and troubleshooting
If nothing happens, remove a thick case or magnetic accessory, check that airplane mode or device management is not restricting the feature, re-enable NFC and try different positions on the phone. If a notification appears but the page does not load, check the browser and network and visit the URL listed in this Guide directly. If it still fails on a second compatible device, contact support@tapmoment.store with the phone model and test results.
5. How the feature works
Bring a compatible NFC-enabled smartphone close to the ring or necklace. The phone opens a TapMoment Bible webpage in its browser. No separate app or account is required to view the page; NFC, a compatible browser and internet access are required.
The tag currently points to https://tapmoment.store/pages/nfc.
6. Fixed destination
The ring or necklace is pre-programmed by TapMoment to open a Bible webpage. Customers do not upload, edit or store personal content through the NFC product.
7. Hardware and webpage availability
The NFC tag only presents a webpage address to a compatible phone. The phone, browser, network, website hosting and page content are separate stages after the read. A tag that does not scan and a notification that opens but cannot load the page therefore require different troubleshooting. A temporary webpage outage does not by itself mean the NFC hardware is defective.
8. Webpage content and availability
The Bible webpage may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, content, link or provider changes. TapMoment may update the destination while continuing its purpose as a fixed public Bible webpage and will work to avoid unnecessary interruption. Third-party translations, media or external links referenced on the page remain subject to their providers' rights and terms.
9. Privacy boundary
The NFC tag stores only the Bible webpage URL. It does not store customer-uploaded text, images, audio or personal information.
The tag does not automatically access phone content when brought near a device. After the public webpage opens, hosting, security or analytics services may handle IP address, device information, access time and cookies like an ordinary webpage visit, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Public access
The Bible webpage is public. Anyone with the page URL, or anyone who brings a compatible NFC-enabled phone close to the product, may open it. The NFC tap is not an authentication or privacy control.
The webpage is not a private vault or access control. Do not treat an NFC tap as authentication, emergency identification, payment, building access or confidential communication.
11. Care and safe use
The NFC tag needs no charging. Do not bend, puncture, crush, heat, open or attempt to remove it, and avoid prolonged immersion and forceful impact. Do not scan while driving, operating equipment or needing full attention. A person using an implanted or other medical device should follow that device manufacturer's guidance on distance from and use of phones and NFC products.
12. Returns and warranty
A normal NFC read solely to verify the fixed webpage does not by itself cancel an otherwise eligible return. If the tag remains unreadable on a compatible device after the steps above, keep the item and contact support. Return eligibility is in the Returns & Refunds Policy and manufacturing-defect handling is in Warranty Information.
13. Nature of the webpage content
The Bible webpage provides religious and inspirational content and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or emergency advice. For an emergency or professional matter, contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified professional.
14. Contact
For orders, returns, privacy, safety, accessibility or complaints, contact support@tapmoment.store. Support is monitored Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Target response time: 12hours.
15. Updates
We may update this Policy for business, technical or legal changes and will show a new effective date on the page. The version shown when an order is submitted controls that order.
